今日係街市買左好靚的三文魚柳,
咁靚的三文魚柳就咁蒸都已經好好食架喇!
連我唔鐘意食三文魚的人都覺得好正,
簡直係愛上了!
袁生就更加唔駛講,佢一向都鐘意食三文魚,
簡直超愛呢碟餸,
仲加左豆腐墊底,
撈飯一流,
最緊要係做法簡單,
就算夜晚遲左番屋企
都可以好快有飯開!
~薑蔥蒸三文魚柳~食譜
材料 : 三文魚柳-4條 / 滑豆腐-1磚 / 薑-3片 / 蔥-適量
2.三文魚切件,放在滑豆腐上.
3.燒紅鑊,下薑絲,蔥粒落鑊炒香,加少許蒸魚豉油兜勻,撈起放在三文魚上.
4.用大火隔水蒸10分鐘,即可.
